Cancellation & Refund Policy: Refunds are permitted up to 15 days in advance of the event for a refund of fees paid, less the deposit. Cancellations after the 14 day cut off will receive a refund in the form of a Store Credit only. (again, less the deposit) All cancellations or transfers must be notified in writing to email@example.com. Due to contracted commitments to the hotel, catering & event space, refunds cannot be issued for cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the event, unless you are able to find a replacement for you spot. There will absolutely be no refunds for no-shows. There are no refunds for weather including travel delays related to weather.
General Policies: By registering and agreeing to these terms, you hereby release The Doodlebug, Inc and its employees from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, lawsuits, costs and expenses of any kind which arise out of or result from attendance in a Doodlebug, Inc event.
