Important Retreat Policy Information:
Your registration serves as confirmation that you have read and understand our policies.
Deposits & Payments: A $60 deposit is part of your registration fee and it is non-refundable. Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis with payment. Please understand that we cannot 'hold' spots for you or your friends without registration & the event payment being made. If you are registering for your friends, please make sure to include a registration form for each person. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Refunds are permitted up to 30 days in advance of the event for a refund of fees paid, less the $60 deposit portion. Cancellations after the 30 day cut off will receive a fund in the form of a Store Credit only, minus the $60 deposit portion. All cancellations or transfers must be notified in writing to doodlebug@thedoodlebuginc.com. Due to contracted commitments to the hotel & event space, refunds cannot be issued for cancellations received less than 10 days prior to the event, unless you are able to find a replacement for you spot. There will absolutely be no refunds for no-shows. There are no refunds for weather including travel delays related to weather.
General Policies: By registering and agreeing to these terms, you hereby release The Doodlebug, Inc and its employees from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, lawsuits, costs and expenses of any kind which arise out of or result from attendance in a Doodlebug, Inc event.
